Duolingo, the popular language learning app, is the most downloaded education app in the world, with 170 million users. What’s most surprising is that this was achieved without any paid acquisition. Having joined the company in its early days, Gina will talk through the strategies and tactics used to acquire users for free across the globe and keep them around. She will also share tips and examples of successful product a/b tests that may be applicable to other apps.
