Andy presents the RRF (Reach, Relevance, Frequency) model for notifications, and describes the steps needed to build a truly impactful notifications system. He will draw from his experience building a notifications system from scratch at SoundCloud (which increased retention by 5%+) plus lessons learned in the trenches as a growth consultant for top apps across multiple categories.
